Medication
Medication will only be administered when a document of authorisation has been completed and signed by the parent.
See school office staff for appropriate forms.
When this occurs the parent or guardian should ensure that the preparation is clearly marked with the students name and dosage. Medication must be left at the school office for safekeeping and administration as no medication is administered in classrooms by teachers
